EB Error

I just installed Europa Barbarorum off the site, I installed v1.1 Full installation and v1.2 Patch

Well when I try to start up the game an Error pops up saying

EBTrivialScript Error

Execution of command 'RomeTW.exe -mod:eb -show_error ' failed (error 2: the system cannot find the file specified.)

So can anyone help and if theres already a post that has been open for this topic can you direct me to it.

did you install EB at the folder of Rome Total War?

for clarity, if you have RTW installed at D:\RTW\ you should installed EB at D:\RTW

hmmm I dont know what it is with me and downloading Mods

I fix one error just to get another lol

I transferred all files over to my RTW Folder

than tryed to load it up only to get yet another error

Usage: EBTrivialScript [/debug] [/version] [/s <str>]
/debug Shows more usefull Error Log window
/version, --v Shows version of Program and Script Parser
/s, --scrpit=<str> Defines what scrpt file to use
Unknown option 'runeb'

After that I got another message saying

EBTrivialScript Information

Row: 0 Description: Failed to open file
Details > >

XMLScriptParser: Couldn't load file:ebconfig.xml
Error Parsing file:ebconfig.xml
Row: 0 Description: Failed to open file

I hate to bother you guys with my error problem but if you can please help

Why are there so many failures of opening files? Does this reek of a bad installation? I doubt the RTW installation is bad, but the EB installation can/probably is very, very bad. Clean it up ;)

If you have chosen a folder to install EB there and afterwards move this to your RTW folder the Trivial Script can't do his work IIRC, as its saves the path to its on settings.
Create a new shortcut to RTW.exe and edit the target line, here you have to add: -mod:eb -show_err -ne
