    Default Sword/spear problem?

I installed EB again, with all the fixes and tried singleplayer custom battles to see if my aging rig can still handle it. I know the EDB file for the "single-player" version is more limited when it comes to custom battles, but that isn't a problem.

However, I tried some Hypaspistai (sp?) versus some Gallic Swordsmen. The Hypaspistai in their "regular" mode show swords, but once they charge, they charge with spears. Alt attacking also made them attack with spears. Once the enemy unit is broken, they chase the unit with swords once more.

Is this a bug or WAD?

Infantry charge with secondary weapon while non-missile cavalry charge with primary weapon. Both infantry and non-missile cavalry pursue with primary weapon.

The Hypaspists have spear as secondary weapon, and sword as primary. I hope you understand.
