On the topic of alcohol on that party, since most of the people are in the water it would seem that they're not going to go on land to throw their beer bottles away, while I generally agree drinking on the beach should be allowed, I don't agree with littering the seas with beer bottles and I think enforcing littering laws would be very hard, you cannot watch everybody all the time.
