Are you complaining that your neighbor's tree is too big and is causing you discomfort? Have you asked him to remove it?

When the leaves fall off in autumn (I guess that's Dec 25th-Jan12th in your neck of the woods), use your leafblower to blow the leaves into his yard. Preferably when he is home. And immediately after he mows his yard.
