I assume you mean for jewelry AntiKingWarmanCake88? It depends a lot on the design, who wears it and with what, but I'ld say gold.

Both gold and silver were under priced for long AntiKingWarmanCake88, meaning it could be an idea to buy. Now they are overpriced and despite reports about them increasing more, it's quite likely that they will fall back. It may take a day or a year, but they will, big time. Then you'll end up losing a lot of money.
Out of the two: silver has more industrial applications than gold, and while it's cheaper today, that situation may change. I would compare the two closer first though, as far as I know, silver has a higher VAT than gold. Also check your local law about tax. Neither gives you any interest or dividend, gold mining (which could) is a jumpy business, not to say that many gold mines are 'depleted'. When the gold bubble bursts, it may stay low for decades (we aren't the kind of guys who can earn a massive income from a 1% shift). It's more likely that we are going to lose 10% due to taxes and transaction costs.
