If I am correct, I beleive each 8 stands for the eighth letter in the alphabet, H. Thus it is HH, a popular Nazi slogan among some in some movements in Europe and America. I saw this referenced on a documentary on TV a while back. I hope this is what others mean or I will be quite embarresed for bringing it up! :O

It means the same over here, it's just not as well known. A Nerd has it right, it's neo-nazi code for "Heil Hitler". I don't know if this is intentional or not on Warman's part, his nick has grown and changed so much over the years I can't remember the origins of each change.
