Indeed. I've often felt that way, except maybe in the distance past when other STW MP friends were here. But it didn't keep me from just being me and participating in my way. I finally realized that at least some of my more serious posts weren't necessarily being ignored. Sometimes what you write is enough. On occasion, someone will acknowledge you for it. That does feel golden. I certainly appreciate it when that happens. But just because it doesn't, doesn't mean that people aren't appreciative, or that they disregard you and what you have to say. Now I just *shrug* and think to myself, 'well maybe someone hears, understands, and appreciates--maybe not. I've had my say,' and move on.
About the assertion that "nothing" is being done: there is a quite a lot going on that isn't readily apparent. Keep in mind that many if not most who serve on this site do so in their spare time, with jobs and families too. It's just gonna take some time, and a lot of effort, to actualize the visions that have been put forward. Consider according a little respect, as the staff does hear; staff does care (or why would they bother working here?!), and staff is doing what it can to move the Org forward, peu à peu.
