    Default Funny MTW moments

Right, you know the drill, post your funny MTW moments. Since CA humour has been at it's best in MTW and RTW, fire some pictures up or post in detail what caught your attention. Here's one of mine, I found this funny.

I have another one with Lord Hanukkah but I need to find him in my current campaigns so I can take a pic.

    Yours?

    Been to:

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.

A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?

Sadly, I don't have a screenshot, but one of my favorite moments was when I got a civil war, and in one of my well garrisoned provinces there was a rebellion of 3 spearmen. Not three spearmen units, just one unit with three guys in it. I have no idea what they thought they were going to accomplish.
In those simple times there was a great wonder and mystery in life. Man walked in fear and solemnity, with Heaven very close above his head, and Hell below his very feet. God's visible hand was everywhere, in the rainbow and the comet, in the thunder and the wind. The Devil too raged openly upon the earth; he skulked behind the hedge-rows in the gloaming; he laughed loudly in the night-time; he clawed the dying sinner, pounced on the unbaptized babe, and twisted the limbs of the epileptic. A foul fiend slunk ever by a man's side and whispered villainies in his ear, while above him there hovered an angel of grace . . .

I'm not sure you can credit CA with that one. I'm guessing XL mod?

Probably spent too much time at the Tavern the night prior.

The funniest moment for me is the trebuchet/catapult/ballista rebellion. Someone made a hilarious post about this once, but trying to find it will be next to impossible.

In essence it would go something like this:

"sir, yes, the rebellion is ready our men are now poised to strike, the vile governor of Ille de France and his garrison of 5000 heavily armed men, won't know what's hit them..."

"you have been toiling for months on this one, recruiting those men and hording arms, those were my last 20,000 florins I gave you, you will get what's owing to you when I am in power. Finally the day is at hand, the long suffering people have waited too long for their freedom..."

    "ermm... yes lord"

"ok I wish to inspect the troops"

"yes my lord - behold............. THE CATAPULT!"

"wonderful, now lets see the rest..."

    "the rest?"

"the troops... the men, the horses?"

    "..."

    "the men...?"

"errrm... you know, it's 100% antique oak, and can you see that nice gold leaf inlay on the beams?"

    "&$@&$"
