They dont need to have it, they can still watch the replay. Its just one file, does not mess with any of your game files.

Thanks. That's all that matters. As long as people in the future who may not have such a map pack can still load and watch those replays, then that's completely fine. I'm asking because the only thing I note for each month's tournament replay packs is which EDU was used.
