That depends on what kind of a system you're trying to implement. Are you running this thing as an actual tournament, where people are eliminated until a single victor is chosen, or is it more of a general free-for-all, and at the end someone has more points? Our system can do both, but the latter is really more of a ladder than a tournament. I ran a TWS2 ladder using that system recently, and you can see the final results
here. That system allowed players to pick their own battles (as opposed to a tournament, where matches are selected automatically), and the winner was simply the person who had the best record at the end.
