The jihad problem

Playing in my Egyptian campaign I built a jihad in Rum but I can't point it anywhere. No provinces on the map are lighted as a possible target for it, though all northern Africa previously owned by the Almos is now held by the Spanish which makes it eligible for a jihad. Any ideas what is it?

if ı get your question right it is something like this:
jihad is possible if u lost a place. so u are Eggies not Almos, so it is not possible. u need to lost the province. other muslim factions' lost not make a place possible for another factions' jihad.
