A group composed exclusively of people who associate based on faith does have protection -- it's called a church. It's safe to assume that corporations such as Hobby Lobby employ many people of many faiths, or no faith at all. So it's more a question of whethermanagement'sthe owners'* faith can constitute a organization-wide right protected by the Constitution.
