As far as I understood the headbutt was given because Müller didn't get up right away or something but then again I'm not good at understanding angry rich people logic.

For a 0-0 draw, that Mexico-Brazil game was a lot of fun. I thought the ref did a pretty good job of letting the minor stuff go, and they just went at it.
