I play a lot of sports.
My favourite is basketball, 3 training sessions a week, each 1 and 1/2 hours. Also, I learn tennis(still a rook) 2 hours per session, 2 times a week. And I go to the pool, 2 times a week, 1 and 1/2 hours, 1300m total. I'm waiting for my bike to arrive, so another sport routine coming up.![]()
