    The outlook must be pretty grim if it has come to this. Won't his oil buddies give him an atomic wedgie for telling the country to stop using their product? Or is this just a ruse to stop the slide in gas prices now that the supply is coming back on line?

    Yes, the comedians have been having a heyday with this. Mr. "Conservation is not the answer" calling for Americans to conserve.

    I saw Bush's speech, the most stilted public speaking I've heard in a few years...yes, even for Bush.
