Do not forget soundcards.
Soon those ultra fast, high-resolution laser mice will need their own Mouse-processing-unit as well(as soon as they reach the resolution of modern photo-scanners ).

But having some advanced physics in games can never be wrong, it´s just the additional costs that scare me.
