    Sounds to me like you need to put on some weight. Each pushup would be harder and you wouldn't need to do hundreds.

    Nah, 100 is the limit, used to be more but I've been focusing away on the one armers. And yes, I do add weight in the form of weight plates in a backpack to get up to 75k...or about 165lbs...for a good few reps so I wouldn't say I'm too wimpy

    500+ situps 30 push ups

    yes sit ups are just so damn easy. I just would never try to find my max. I'd be bussy for ever!

    situps just seem to kill my back so I've never gone beyond a hundred as well frankly I get bored...squats on the other hand? I like pressups also, preferably with one hand. Does wonders for your abs. And yes I can see my abs, no i'm not on a superstrict diet...

    I'm going through puberty and I do plenty of excercise, that's it
