I don't know much about the conflict here, but if you have an agreement to not post in the Frontroom, that should be obeyed. I know you are trying to help, but a deal is a deal. In cases like this (answering a question), it might be best if you were to PM your response to the member in question instead of posting in the thread. If multiple people want to know, you could request one member to post your solution or recommendations in the thread so all benefit.
