Those are great links, Kanamori.

One of the main problems with Orwell misconceptions (at least here in the States), is that they force you to read 1984, Animal Farm, or both in the 9th or 10th grade (age ~15), and then nobody reads him again. In my mind, that is too young an age to have to comprehend what he is trying to say. So everybody has read the books, but refer to them with a younger, more black and white mindset. Once you become a cynical old man, the books make perfect sense.
