I might've been a transitional champion at that one once. I found that I got too nervous when playing and my fingers would freeze up. I also found that I could go faster if I could just stop saying the current letter with the voice in my head. I kept screwing up at that. Is this the technique you use?

I've spent a good many hours on old-school asteroids. I remember with shock the first time the score turned over and instead of 100,000 I was suddenly back to zero. Thus my highest ever scores were never recorded by the game, but I think I maxed out at 114,000. What challenge level would I be trying to beat if I ever stumble across the game again, might I ask?You want a challenge...

(amazing how entertaining old games can be, especially at times when you have an old computer and they're all you can run!)

At first I was saying them in my head and getting a score near 120 every time. But then I tried to quiet my mind, and think of something else while I typed. That got me around 128. Then I started to type by the rythym of music, and that was the key. I actually played it to the song called "Remedy" by Seether. I looked down, my score was 132 with 2 seconds left, so my fingers flew and I busted out 5 more letters in 2 seconds. It was awesome. I've been trying to break that record and the closest I've come to was about 131. So, I guess that was a one time only kind of thing. Try and beat me, if you dare

138? 1,38 aka 1.38. Trying to joke, it was something in the 20, 30 or so.
I deleted my scores, as I'm frequently the first to play after installing it. Looks a bit silly and unjust all those 'high'scores for me (highscores champions).

If you're a champion of a game it happens automatically here in the "Frontroom", but you have to be a champion.How did you put that "I'm a champion" sign below your avatar?
I'm not saying you have no skill. I'm just saying that game seems more like luck then anything. And, what easter egg?

I had a go, I cant touch type, well only certain words, so I got around 70-80, cant remember the exact score.
I'm best at bowling, only a few points off the record there. But it's Quientus' record, and he holds like a thousand records lol. So if I beat it, he'd probably just get it back easily lol.

Well, this sucks. Skokamatth is definently the master at the game I once reigned in. I'm not gonna be able to beat 142.

If you have 2 games open in 2 separate windows, I think the scores are sent to the game you opened last. That's how I got the insane Hexxagon score.
