    Default Re: Weirdest acronym?

TOCOTOX = Too Complicated TO eXplain (often used to not explain one's silly argument)

NTTAWWT = Not That There's Anything Wrong With That (acronym of a 'Seinfeld' line referring to gay relationships, and the PC response - lately used disparagingly to mock PC'ness).

IANAL = I Am Not A Lawyer. (Often followed by "but..." and some crappy legal advice).

chat-speak on AOL (I have relatives who've been on AOL ten years now, and (silly guys) PROUD of it). They use these in email to me, and get perplexed when I ask them to translate.

    Edit to add:
NOITAU: No offense intended toward AOL users
    ..

Edit2 to add the classic too-long acronym: 'TANSTAAFL'. Free beer at my house to the one who can explain it, it's origin, and why it's "too long".
