I don`t think I`ve used it in a conversation, but in frustration I have said it "loudly" in front of my computer.

Well to say GAH out loud would have it sound more like "AH" and that is pretty uniform for most languages I suspect.

I find myself saying GAH! all the time while I'm driving, usually when a light turns red ahead of me or someone drives slow in the fast lane. Road-rage Gah!
