I can't believe the girl wasn't taken into care before this, and I can't believe she hasn't been taken into care now. Her mother is quite clearly not equipped to deal with the children she already has, let alone the impending grandchild.

The comment about the smoking not affecting her pregnancy makes me want to smack her, but I suppose she is just an 11 year old-which is the point really, isn't it? Even with the help of her deadbeat mother, there is no way she should be allowed to raise this kid. Putting it into a foster home would be a kindness.

Forget the different laws concernibg age/ marrige throughout the world .
Axtualy don't forget them m as tmarrie=procreation , procreation = kids(god willing) , so when can a child get married ,when cana cjhild have kids ?

Do you believe that this incident will result in a call for increased censorship? Some people are going to assume they got the idea after watching too much TV.
