How Do You Like Your Zombies?
I've been infected with the poll-mania going around the Frontroom. You could say I've been poll smoking.
How do you like your zombies? Fast or slow? Classic Coke or New Coke? Beetle or New Beetle? Inquiring minds want to know!
Examples of slow zombies: Night of the living Dead, Shaun of the Dead, Land of the Dead, etc.
Fast zombies: Dawn of the Dead (remake), Resident Evil, 28 Days Later, etc.

Definately slow Zombies.These new faster Zombies are giving me gray hair when i think of the forward epic final battle between men and Zombies,if this new breed of Zombies will be the majority of the Zombie horde it may get rough for humanity.

Fast zombies are ridiculous. The dead cannot move quickly. It is entirely unrealistic if zombies are fast in movies.

Slow zombies. I still get nightmares about those red-headed fast zombies from the GC remake of Resident Evil.

Shaun of the Dead slow zombies are cool. But, here's a real question: Is a cemetery really dangerous during a zombie invasion?

No. In fact, it'd be a pretty good place to lay low once the invasion starts, since the zombies will all already have left the cemetery. If you're there when it starts, though, you're pretty much snookered.
I'm a traditionalist. Fast zombies are poseur garbage.

I quite like fast zombies, although they need to be dead, and probably coming back to life because Hell is full. (Sheesh, you'd think Satan was a better planner wouldn't you? Its not as if he doesn't know about mankinds propensity for sin. Couldn't he get an extension put on?) 28 days later was a good film but people with viruses aren't real zombies IMHO. that's more a werewolf sort of schtick
I draw the line at any form of tool use though. Possibly Zombies can remember how to turn a door handle (because they wouldn't be that scary if you could just shut the door on them) but NO MORE. And all forms of weapons are RIGHT OUT.
Oh yes, and fast or slow obviously they have to keep going until you destroy the brain, I think we can all agree on that?

Shambling. Zombies need to act as if they are in pain, death is a horrible condition that is very hard to cure, the way they move should reflect that.
