    Default Competitive eating

They call it a sport, I’m not sure why, its just people scoffing themselves silly.

I think it can be quite fun to watch and if your taking part you can get a load of free food which is never a bad thing.

There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.

Every sport is about pushing the body to its limits, often damaging to your heatlh. So I don't think it's to far from being a sport. I wouldn't consider it one myself though.

You remind me of my 'tightwad' brother who does that at weddings.

I think competetive eating is more of a sport than say Darts.

Despite that, the media still makes a big scene of the lakeside darts championship in europe .
