I will keep thinking of a nation name but the first thing I would do is encourage all my wives to take those hormones that would make them extra fertile. In the matter of just a few years I will have thousands of heirs!

Note to self – country needs to have a large agricultural and dairy industry, I’m gunna need a lot of food for all those hungry mouths.

Being surrounded by 100+ women on extra hormones? Yeah, that sounds like a good plan.

And then your dynasty will die out from inbreeding in just a few short generations, considering the majority of the population will be your sons and daughters.

I forgot one thing...stupid people would be encouraged to volunteer for mandatory sterilization..those who don't volunteer will be dragged off kicking and screaming anyway because whether they volunteer or not it's still mandatory.
