Hello StrategyInformer. Junior members cannot post in several fora. They have to get promoted first. Promotion is not hard to obtain, however. All that is required is some patience, and that you regularly post in a friendly and helpfull manner. This system is restrictive, but helps keep Trolls, flamers and spammers away.
