Hello StrategyInformer. Junior members cannot post in several fora. They have to get promoted first. Promotion is not hard to obtain, however. All that is required is some patience, and that you regularly post in a friendly and helpfull manner. This system is restrictive, but helps keep Trolls, flamers and spammers away. You can find more information here.

Don't worry about membership, it's only a temporary thing. Meanwhile, if you really do want to post in other forums, you can just create a topic here and request it to be moved by a mod.
