I think it would be more far if Ludens and Frogbeastegg decided who won from the two stories that recieved the highest votes. Cause a story could get twenty votes but if the two don't like it then it doesn't win.

Yes, the jury system has to be reviewed next time a contest is organized. I certainly hadn't expected there to be such a difference between public preference and jury vote.
