Better graphics- Always nice
Fighting was more interesting to look at
Chariots and Elephant-So much fun seeing those ravage the enemies lines
Family tree- So much better then in MTW and you can name your heir
3D map
Horse archers are actually useful and can fire on the move
Seiges were alot better
Sound, music and pre-battle speeches

Overall better game then MTW(after the patches)
