Thanks for the reply, after trying what you recommended this is what I found

That's some kind of DirectDraw acceleration problem. If you have Aero enabled, disable it and try again. Also try running the game in Windowx XP compatibility mode. Other than that I can't be of much help sorry.

1. Which one is the working directory?
2.What are specs?

1) MTW's working directory is the directory where Medieval_TW.exe can be found.

2) System "specifications".
