    @Caius Flaminius, Yeah I saw it. Actualy, I used it as a base for my new faction icon. If you know what it is, can you please do it for me?
    @ByzantineKnight Anything else other than the skins for me to do??? I could do more Faction Icons if you wish. Filibusteria inpired me in some things.

    Just a comment: It would be greatly unique if every faction had at least five unique units.

    Just a though: How will you balance the game if no cavalry are present? How will the charge and the morale droping of smashing the enemy from behind we excluded? Will there be men that run as fast as a horse?

    Just a statement: Ill be working on machupe faction icon

    Is it ok if I start making loading screens? Like the still images in Vanilla. I could do a hybrid of real inca art and some other things. I was thinking of some leather
    with some embossed marble at each side. The red bar? Anyone knows how to change it? If someone teaches me, we could do something like a textile pattern getting burned to show loading.

    If you could would you get the other Faction Icons (start with the Mapuche idea Filibusteria had)

    Mabye in the final release we could have the "five unique units" but right now we are trying to get done with the ones we do have...

    There will be no cavalry, but the incans (at least) will have one infantry unit that is faster than the archers. The emphisis will be on overwelming numbers on each side, and normal archers will take the place of horse archers in RTW.

    Ok, that would be cool

    About the loading bar, the files needed to change it are in C:\Program Files\Rome - Total War\Data\loading_screen There are some files named like: loading_bar, loading_bar_overlay and stuff like that.

    Sure.A little thing, do you have to modify other file, I dont know what file who makes the faction banner appear in the selection of factions in the campaign.And please, do you know how to add the banner to the flag the troops they have?I know i have to open a file which contains the flag, but how can i to add the flag to the troops?

    Yes, we will need Amazonian rebels, Mayan tribes, and Normal rebels (for the rebel factions)

    We will also need:

    The Chimu
    The Mapuche (using Filibustería's Idea)
    The Aymara
    The Diaguita

    ^^ is for the Beta (that we might release soon)

    The Spanish
    The Aztecs
    The Culhuacan
    The Azcapotzalco
    The Toltecs
    The Texcoco
    The Tlacopan
    (Other Mesoamerican Cultures)

    ^^ is for the final release (the one with two campaign maps)

    I just got this information now, so it might be inaccurate (plz check other information)


    But the second list does not need to be done anytime soon.

    I just figured that Noble units could have like a thousand feathers and adorns on their backs that actualy stick up.

    No, we do not have any modelers, but we do have a scripter (Caius Flaminius i think)

    The "faster-than-archers inca unit" is melee based, so it does not have skrimish mode. It is mainly to be used as an anti-archer unit, what it lacks in numbers it makes up for in charge bonus. I am toying with the idea of adding "Amazon Warriors" to the unit trees of some factions as a faster-than-archers unit to balance the play.

    Regarding the faster-than-archers unit, please make sure it is based on history, I would hate to see fantasy units in this mod.

    I just reinstalled gimp and RTW (sadly I had to uninstall EB) and I am ready to begin skinning, but I will need historical info/pictures so I can get an idea on what the units are supposed to look like.

    The faster-than-archer units are called Chaski

    Just log onto inca_total_war@yahoo.com and open the email there that is called "For the Team", you can get the mod so far from there.

    There is no faction icons there

    Yes...
    Diaguita will be basically heavily influenced by the Mapuche Culture...

    The Aguaruna will be unique.. they are an amazonian tribal culture, they will use the blowpipe, they will had theyr faces tatooed, and that specific haircutt...they wont be great warriors, but they will relly on numbers, they will be very good ambushers, alot of bonnuses in jungle In many ways, they will be similar to the barbarians from the vannila RTW

    Chasquis should remain in, but as an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE UNIT, WITH A VERY HIGH BUILDING TIME... We want balance and historicall accuracy above all

    Mayans will appear in a separate campaign map, but not now

    How about the Chimu ? They are the most interesting culture, in my opinion... images of their warriors can be found on their pottery, but also on the pottery of Moche, their predecesessors....

    CF is finally back. A little suspention of the pc (im still without start the pc) is delaying me much.The map has to wait. .
    Who said im scripter?Well, Im not scripter but a junior member is scripter and he can help us.
    @Murfios:How can I merge the .jpg files.If I can merge the files, I guess the map is done.
