How do I stop being a junior member?

when I first joined, I was told you only needed to post 10-20 posts,no more then 25 to be a member.. after 35 posts I was a member. Just have to make good quatily posts, then after at least 1-2 weeks, you be a members :) :)

So over 200 helpful posts in the citadel are not enough? :)
