    1. Download the patch folder.
    2. Extract the patch folder.
    3. Click the setup exe in that folder.
    4. (Now the patch is installed) Launch the game.
    5. Load your savgame.

    Savegames ARE compatible with the patch.

    If you want to modify the speed in the middle of the campaign, the Medmanager is great.
