Yeah, in my limited play testing I've noticed that - as HRE I got approx 5 in 20 turns! Haven't noticed the family tree link though.

BTW - I plan to keep my own campaign to a minimum now so I can concentrate on this one, need to still install the Mod we've decided upon but I hope to get that done tomorrow night.

Any save files openly available for the current game yet? (or rather, when may they be made open?)

If you check the directory, kotr1084-2 is the last one uploaded. I'm currently on 1088 and will upload that if you want me to. Just waiting on TinCow's response before I fire up the game again.

Metz should be taken in 1090 so look for that file shortly.

ok, installed the VnV mod but one question?

the two .txt files need to be in what folder in the .data directory? I have then just currently sitting in the .data folder without being in a subfolder.

now, I opted for maintaining the siege as I went back on a past save file and as Prague has Sergeant Spearmen plus "whatever" and I only have a one unit advantage in numbers I really think assaulting now...in Winter and without waiting for a potential response for re-enforcements would be silly.

BTW - have not tested the game yet since installing the VnV mod.

I put the files in the main data folder. The bat file is in the M2 main directory. I have been running the game fine with no problems. Of course medifix is subtle for a Mod so it's tough to tell if it's working or just vanilla. From some of the traits and retainers I've seen though, I think it's working. Governors aren't morphing into syphilitic morons and such.

The upcoming Diet should be interesting, from reviewing WotS it seemed that one of the main dividing points was expansion versus consolidation. Throw in the four Houses and there should be some fun oratorical broadsides coming up.

That's because you've got them all queued up in advance. If you only purchase the buildings when production finishes, you won't have that problem. Then when that occurs and you have 2 cities that need new construction, but can only afford it for 1 of them, you prioritize the Bavarian cities. I know it's a pain in the ass, welcome to politics!

Just want to confirm that Sigismund der Stoltze will indeed become Emperor once Prinz Henry has died. Since he is the adoptee Sigismund will be treated like his first-born child.

In my current game I have adopted a no-adoption rule for faction heirs if their firs born son is not yet of age to keep the Royal line from watering down. However the HRE was never a royal blood line monarchy, so I don't know how we should handle it.

There's always the possibility that Sigismund might die first though. Don't forget that he is about Henry's age.
