If I may suggest for Dukes and such, the Heraldry Mod

The Heraldry Mod is actually quite good. At the end of a turn, if a General controls a province, they get the Coat of Arms of that province (I don't know if there are bonuses). I believe the coat of arms can be traded off. Try it out.
