Weird lag problem
When i installed the game i had no lag at all, then i installed the patch and had no lag, then i edited the file so i got all the factions at the start.
probably unrelated but the game has started lagging and its unplayable, whereas before it was working fine. I cant even scroll around on the campaign map without severe lag.
ideas?

Hmm, dunno how to help you, besides pointing you to the stickies. You could try the Apothecary too and search for similar problems.

My campaign map lag vanished when I turned shadows off, but I may be in a minority of people that are helped by that.

The campaign map lag is rediculous. And if you have campaign shadows turned on, it's unplayable.
Anyways, make sure to have "campaign shadows" turned off.
