As a last resort, you can download a English ISO version of M2TW, as long as you actually bought an original copy of M2TW and possess the CD key for it, you can and are allowed to do this.

It is legal because when you buy a game, you're actually just buying the license that allows you to play it, not the actual game. The ISO version is prefered because its exe files haven't been tampered with or cracked - which is illegal I believe.
