I've noticed there is a rush in the morning (US), and one in the evening. Most of the rest of the time the place is really quite.

I suppose US evenings (the conventional time for everyone to post I think) is somewhat like the mornings in Europe no pun intended and vice versa... There's a dead zone inbetween; 'ocean'.
