I've noticed there is a rush in the morning (US), and one in the evening. Most of the rest of the time the place is really quite.

For a week or two after a big release, there will tons of people at all times of day posting all kinds of stuff. Also, there are many people around that don't comment, it would seem.

This isn't the busiest forum in the world. Though it seem to be the busiest part of the org.

I suppose US evenings (the conventional time for everyone to post I think) is somewhat like the mornings in Europe no pun intended and vice versa... There's a dead zone inbetween; 'ocean'.

I found that "Intimidation" one very funny. Gave me a total "tough cop faces down ghetto posse" image.

Some decent pics you have there deadmeat36.

Maybe the EB's will start a screenshot competion, the winner's being used as a loading/title screen or something.

LT had a competition for his SPQR mod, and he ended up with a really decent shot of the Legions advancing in their maniples against the celtic hoards, with a little close up action in the foreground, best allrounded screenshot I have seen for RTW, and as LT requested one that fitted in with his mod well(large epic Roman based battle)

If the EB's like the idea of this and the fans having a bit more input into the mod, then perphaps they could set down some criteria concerning what they want the screenie to portray?

Sorry about the sky Im trying to get it into the background fully still :(

You should edit it, so the background looks like stylistic flames, or vague silhouettes of warriors and phalanxes. You'd highlight the contrast "Glory of the ancestors" - "phalanx + strategos". It'd look like there would be a huge task on the shoulders of your general; that's why I liked it in the first place I now realise.
Don't edit it too much though

    And don't bloody the banner

If you want my opinion, you're using an excessive amount of blood, and I think you should tone it down, and not use it in improper places. I find that blood, unless used carefully, often ruins an otherwise good picture - "The Horror of War" is such an example, IMHO.

Another "keep a stiff upper lip" moment that, methinks.
