Thread: Shouldn't there be a time limit?

Default Shouldn't there be a time limit?

Hi there. I've made sure there's no check next to No Campaign Battle Time Limit, but there's still no time limit in the battles. It's really annoying because I'm being repeatedly attacked in one large city so I concentrate my forces in the main square. So what happens is the enemy bash through the outer wall with their artillery and come in, but then stop because there's nothing to attack the second gate with.

So I just sit there and they just sit there and eventually I either have to quit or sally out and get hammered.

So is there supposed to be a time limit? If so why's it not working? If not why the heck not?

    Thank you kindly.

You need to set a time limit before starting your campaign. That will be the one used that you can then turn off I believe. If you didn't set one to start with, there won't be one as the game doesn't know which one to use.

So the time limit set does not work like disable CPU moves? Where you simply disable or enable at the start campaign screen? I know this is an easy way to disable and enable CPU moves at least, but not likewise for time limit?

    Tschüß!
