Well, colonization of the Americas was roughly 1500-1650 (150 yrs). The rise and fall of the Teutonics was (again, roughly) 1300-1450 (again, 150 yrs). The Kingdom of Jerusalem was established in 1099 and, depending how you consider it, fell in either 1187 (fall of Jerusalem) or 1291 (fall of Acre and final dissolution of the Kingdom), for a median of... surprise, 150 years. And I'm not sure about the Britannia one, but I'd wager the period in question covers the same ballpark figure.
So... 75 turns-long campaigns ? 150 turns ? Or 300 turns ? My money is on 1 turn/1 year, with characters still aging every odd turn because of the way the Rome/Med2 engine handles aging and seasons.
