Dear God, do your parents feed you at all?

EDIT: sorry, I misread. 64 kg is a bit light, but not that bad.

"One of the nice things about looking at a bear is that you know it spends 100 per cent of every minute of every day being a bear. It doesn't strive to become a better bear. It doesn't go to sleep thinking, "I wasn't really a very good bear today". They are just 100 per cent bear, whereas human beings feel we're not 100 per cent human, that we're always letting ourselves down. We're constantly striving towards something, to some fulfilment"

I go on stints of eating huge amounts of food. I'm currently out of a stint.

Even so, the food i usually eat is pure garbage. Never eat anything healthy or do exercise, yet i'm fit as a fiddle.

    Take that, government food-nazis!

Gah I always eat healthy (unless I really really really don't have time to cook) and I sport for about an average of 3-4 hours a week easely ... and I'm fit so it does work.

Tho being an archaeology student keeps you fit as well. 4 weeks of hard work from 8-16 easely equals a year of fitnessing believe me.

I know what you are talking about... Here in Norway my 1.83m is not really that tall.

If you look at my contribution in the "nations you have visited" thread, the two places that I really felt tall was in Scotland and Malaysia.

I am not fat even though my BMI is nearly 30 (obese); have these test never heard of muscle?

Also on the double deckers (bus) at the first level I had to stoop and my shoulders/back brushed the ceiling when walking down the isle, and there were never enough room for my knees when seated.

I dont like carbs. I use a pure fat and protein approach with carb-loading on the weekends. It spikes T-levels and keeps the weekend timeframe excellent for workout seesions with severe insulin spikes.

Zaknafien: I am your height, but much lighter. My body fat is 7%.

I'd bulk up (would help me with taking the impacts from Parkour), but I'm too busy consuming enormous amounts of soda and junk food.

I'm 6' and 130lbs. I'm always been very skinny for some reason. I seem to eat as much as most other people, though. I suppose I must just have a high metabolic rate.

I probably have <8% body fat.

Wow, I'm 5'8 and 130lbs, and I thought I was skinny. I don't seem to eat all that much, though, and I am a distance runner, so I don't care about bulking up yet. Running 40+ miles per week isn't exactly the best way to gain weight, and I'm probably pretty average for a distance runner anyway.

6-2, 230. I kinda let myself go the past 10 years. I was sorta hoping you younger fellas would handle any emergencies that came up.

Do I need to trim up? Are things that bad?

Why worry? Assuming a good portion of that is muscle, 200 lbs is spot-on for 6'2". (Although, when I was in really good shape I was about 185, so now I'm ten pounds overweight. But it doesn't show on a tall guy as much as it could.)
