That's a strange one Didz. We'll have to keep an eye on it, but I don't get the impression that anyone is going to try to cheat in this group. It'd be pretty easy to catch, and what would really be the point other than just wrecking the game? If we all just do the right thing the game should roll on okay.

honestly as soon as I put in your password I oved the screen East as quickly as possible, I didn't see anything and wouldn't want to. I am too far away from Scotland for things that happen there to bother me.

I'm sure thats true, and had not intention of suggesting otherwise. However, it does seem to me that the Hotseat mode provided with the game has not been designed for PBEM play.

When you end your turn the game immediately clicks over and displays the password screen for the next faction. But is seems from these tests is that the saved game produced taken captures the game turn prior to this point.

Is there anyway to force it to save again manually after the next factions password screen has been displayed?

Yes, when the password screen is displayed, press ESC and then save game.
