What part didn't work? Did you find the firewall setting? Was it on? The easiest way to get to Windows Firewall settings is to go to Start->Run and type 'firewall.cpl'. Turning it off to test it is ok, but I wouldn't go online for any length of time without at least some sort of firewall protecting my PC.Originally Posted by Ichigo
It's difficult to say exactly what from here, but something must be blocking traffic outside of port 80. Have programs like mIRC never worked or did they work previously and suddenly stop?
