Where to download all factions? And other questions

I realize that this has been asked before, and that there is a good guide covering everything technical, but I can't find it. So. Can anyone tell me where I can download all factions? I don't know how to edit my files so I'd like to simply download it. Thanks.

just remember to leave the rebels as unplayable and, if you're playing the senate, to never ever press the senatorial office button.
