Need Help Editing the Family Tree

The weird thing is, the files that show up in the errorlog aren't even ones I've done anything to

descr_strat

Oops, that should just be descr_character.txt, the file that deals with characters on the campaign map. All I did there was add some movement points the the agents, and lower the upkeep for some of them.

And I got rid of the changes I made to my descr_strat, but there are a bunch of other files I modded when I was attempting to add my faction, like the files for the flags and stuff, but none of that should have an impact in-game, should it? Plus iirc I was getting this error sometimes before I tried to add my new faction.

EDIT: just went through and removed the files from my mod folder for the new faction, CTD still happens on Milan's turn.
