    Default 1st game on hard

Hopefully Ive posted this in the correct area if not sorry.

I as you can see are trying my hand at a H, H game I did play on M, M because I was trying my hand at all the nations and was finding it easier and easier. Anyway I like the Eng I have taken all the UK killed off the porridge wogs I was good buddies with everyone apart from the Danes they have been a thorn in my side from day dot, they are no longer a threat, just as I am getting the better of the danes the frogs come along and want a shot at the time they were the strongest nation, not anymore. Just as I thought there maybe peace with the frogs the Russians have a go and are kicking my butt so now the frogs are re-igniting there hate for me Also whats the criteria for the boats that can go across the Atlantic as I seem to have built rather a lot of docks ect and cannot seem to build the boats that can go to the west.
Sorry to have wasted some people's time and thanks in advance to those who I haven't

Pre-requisite for building Carrack ships is to have a naval drydock in the settlement. Naval drydock on the other hand requires the event the_world_is_round, which happens fairly late in the game.

The year 1400, if you're playing the unmodded game.
