As Scribe could i make a request?

When you use the [QUOTE][/QUOTE] tags to propose legislation, it's difficult to transcribe those. Usually I just use the quote button to copy legislation, but if something is wrapped in quote tags in an originial post, whatever's in it disapears when I quote it.

    As a demonstration. . .
Press the quote button at the bottom of the post, and you won't see this.

So if you use quote tags in your edict or CA, PM me a copy so I can easily post it in the list. If you want to wrap it in [noparse][/noparse] to send that would be even better.

On the issue of re-unification, Factionheir has told me he has the ability to mod the game to get the Byzantines to accept being our vassals. So that will be how we represent it in game, if it goes ahead. I don't want to get into details on the game mechanics publicly though, as you have agreed to trust us on that and dwelling on it will undermine suspension of disbelief.

We can't represent religious re-unification in game, so if that happens, people will just have to "imagine" it - like we imagined our toy guns were real as kids. As a I heads up, I going to take over the role of the Pope in my role as Gamesmaster. And he is very big on religious re-unification.

BTW, I was surprised to read how recently the Catholic and Orthodox churches divided (just prior to M2TWs start) and how little separates them today in terms of dogma. I picked up my two preconditions for re-unification in the story - drop the Filoque clause and Papal infallibility - from a contemporary Orthodox church discussion.

EDIT: Factionheir has just come up with a way to represent religious re-unification in game: stop Byzantium being able to train priests and set the Byzantine lands to gradually convert to Catholicism.

    Oh, hells.

I am currently running 2 M2TW installations. One of them is 1.2 for KOTR, the other is modded. The modded game is the one that was installed last, and which the computer searches for when installing/uninstalling/etc. When I go to patch the KOTR install to 1.3, the setup rejects me because it only sees the modded install and I can't tell it to install in the 1.2 directory. Thus, I can't load the 1300 save game until I reinstall the entire game from scratch again. I'm rather busy this weekend due to various RL issues and I am going out of town on Sunday.

So... it would help me a very, very great deal if someone could do all the screenshots for the Library update. If there is anyone out there who wants to spare me a lot of pain and agony and time I don't really have at the moment, could you take the proper screenshots and upload them to one of the usual image hosting sites, and then give me a link to it? I will be happy to do all the photoshopping, but I at least need the raw screenshots to work from.

Ignore this for a moment, I have an idea on how to fix it.

Will this reunification push the game into victory condition?

If not then it is a good idea story-wise but won't it eventually results in the Byz loosing most of their territories from religious rebellion unless their official religion is change to catholic too?
