    Question edit names.txt.strings???

    i have been wanting to change some of the names for england but i can't get into the names.txt.strings file because its a .bin file, if i open it its all gibberish when i am supposed to see names in this {...}... (... means name) format. what do i open it with? its been frustrating me to no end

    Use M2SBE. Available on twcenter I believe.
